My passion is cooking. It is my joy to cook for people and see the expression on their faces while they experience the dishes I create.  I have wonderful memories of being in the kitchen as a little girl and watching my mother and various guests cooking all types of nutritious and delicious food. Hannah, from Israel, was creating Mediterranean delights and braiding challah on our kitchen floor. Yolanda, from Mexico, was preparing authentic Mexican sauces, home-made tortillas while toasting chilies and spices. My mother, the consummate entertainer, was able to transform recipes into lighter versions without sacrificing taste and I learned this skill from her. Watching various cooking TV shows from the ’70s to today and reading cookbooks, blogs, magazines, my inspiration continues to blossom. It is a dream come true for me to plan, cook, and teach about nutritious, delicious foods.
