Discuss how to manage a budget, select a location, create a schedule as well as factors that will influence your choice of menu items such as the number of guests and the type of occasion. Get tips on the appropriate amount of food, beverages and supplies you should order, how to set the room to assure a smooth flow throughout the occasion as well as adding that special touch for your guests to enjoy.
