Keeping your body in balance is an important aspect of self care. Incorporating aromatherapy, essential oils and herbal teas into your daily routine is an effective way to mitigate life’s stresses and resolve emotional imbalances. See how to use various botanicals like lavender, chamomile and skullcap to keep your stress levels under control. Mix up a tasty tea to calm your mind, a relaxing balm and a fragrant face wash.

Notes:

Students need to bring to class: - two 1 pint mason jars - 1 small jelly jar or Altoids tin for the balm
