Find out how to change your relationship with food by participating in a program developed by Melissa and Dallas Hartwig in their best-selling book: The Whole30®, The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom.** While in class, students will complete a round of the Whole30® program, learn which processed foods you should eliminate from your diet and discuss how removing these inflammatory food groups can have significant health benefits (including weight loss) by giving your body time to heal from the effects of gut damaging foods. Includes a cooking and tasting session, recipes and the development of a community for support. **Book is required. Students may purchase on their own or from the instructor ($30) on first day of class.

Christine is a mother of two active teenaged boys, wife to a busy husband, fitness instructor, and a full-time school administrator. So, Christine can relate to the daily challenges of managing household and eating healthy! Christine enjoys cooking healthy recipes, spending time with her family, hiking, boxing, kettlebells, and making new friends.
