NEW Buddhist guidance for understanding who we are, how our minds work, how we make decisions, and what brings contentment are as valid and useful today as they were in ancient India. Learn about American secular Buddhist principles and how they can be applied in improving family, friendships and romantic relationships. This session will be an introduction to practices to cultivate three skills for modern life: (1) embodied presence, (2) gratitude, and (3) compassion (for yourself and for others).

"Rob Eames is a Relationship Coach and founder of Couples Focus LLC (www.couplesfocus.com). Rob supports individuals and couples to create and maintain fulfilling romantic relationships. Rob draws upon skills from Mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication, and Relational Life Therapy to shed light on the dynamics specific to each relationship.
