Archaeological evidence uncovered at sites throughout mainland Greece and the islands of the Aegean Sea provide insights into the history, society, and economy of this region before its renaissance during the more well-known Classical Period. ‘Unearth’ the earliest civilizations of the Cyclades, the Minoans and Mycenaeans, and both the Geometric and Archaic Periods which followed, and discover the remarkable material culture of Greece before Pericles, as an archaeologist and expert in ancient history shares his experiences.
