Have you ever wondered how to pair holiday foods with wine so they taste better together than they do alone? In this demonstration, learn how to prepare three seasonal dishes (butternut squash, mushroom soup, a Garam masala glazed ham and herbed Turkey breast roulade) complemented by three wines. Sample the finished products with the accompanying wines. Discuss food preparation styles, herbs and spices, heartiness factor and other elements that affect and unify the match. A dessert complimented by a dessert wine will complete the evening.
Fee: $79.00
