Full series: 10/28-Discover the Apothecary in Your Kitchen, 11/4-Ward Off Winter Ills Naturally, 11/18-Flower Power for Self Care Students will need to bring the following supply list to 10/28 class: - Note book - tea cup or mug - several 4 oz. mason jars Students will need to bring the following supply list to 11/4 class: 1 pint mason jar 1 qt mason jar 1 qt apple cider vinegar (raw apple cider vinegar; Bragg's is best) 1 small jelly jar or Altoids tin for the salve Students will need to bring the following supply list to 11/18 class: 2 - 1 pint mason jars 1 small jelly jar or Altoids tin for the balm
