Start on the path to natural wellness by learning about basic herbal remedies for common ailments using common kitchen botanicals and spices. From stomach soothing cardamom and ginger to anti-inflammatory turmeric, see how to create simple recipes to ease everything from headaches to sore throats and basic first aid. Discuss the differences between curative and culinary uses for these plant based products.


Students will need to bring the following supply list to class: - Note book - tea cup or mug - several 4 oz. mason jars
