Valerie GrantValerie has been teaching fitness and presenting at conferences internationally for over 25 years, and delights in seeing the “light bulb” moment in all of her students. Her professional experience includes working at prestigious clubs throughout the Philadelphia area. In 2010, she was awarded “Best Posture Coach” by Philadelphia Magazine. She specializes in taking the elusive tenets of The Feldenkrais Method to the fitness world and making them obvious by sharing practical tips for both group fitness and personal trainers to use in every class or session. She has been an adjunct teacher at Delaware County Community College, Main Line Adult School, and Drexel University, specializing in relating to students of all ages, turning perceived disabilities into possibilities through mind-body awareness. An instructor for American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid CPR, Valerie also programs and leads mind-body retreats worldwide, supporting her charities of choice. In January of 2014 she and 3 partners opened Purenergy Studio in Paoli PA which brings the components of fitness, wellness and balance under one roof. www.purenergystudio.com. Ian GrantIan Grant was trained in the Anat Baniel Method® and completed the Children's Mastery in 2016. Anat has created 9 Essentials® to help wake up the brain to integrate new neural patterns. Clients Ian has seen includes adults suffering post stroke, a person living with MS, Parkinson's and people suffering from chronic tension and pain. Ian also has experience working with children that live with Microcephaly, Cerebral Palsy, and Developmental delays.
