Many story structures are available to the picture book writer, which can make it confusing to select the best match for your story. In this course for advanced beginner through intermediate level picture book writers, discuss the pros and cons, as well as the popularity, of a variety of story structures specifically used for picture books and explore each structure through example picture books. Participants will receive a reading list for further study.

Notes:

There will be a half-hour break for lunch and two 10 minute breaks. Please bring your lunch with you, as there will not be enough time to go out.
