Our lives are made wonderful by living in loving community with others. Buddhist principles are very relevant to improving these relationships. Strengthen your capacity for empathy by listening for feelings and needs. Be clear and direct in asking for what you need. In this highly-interactive class, students will draw on their collective personal experiences and relationships to explore how to deepen connection and intimacy.
