As a child, Cindy spent time on her grandparents' 118-acre farm in Paines Hollow, a hamlet in Herkimer County, New York, three miles south of the Mohawk River. Memories of baking alongside her grandmother and family gatherings on the farm – birthday parties, holidays, and summer picnics – inspired Cindy to launch Paines Hollow Kitchen in 2021. The brand reflects her grandmother's approach to baking: small batches, made from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
