Daniel has worked in almost every part of the wine industry, from floor sommelier, to wine retail, wine sales, to working on vineyards in Champagne, Austria , and Germany. Dan has worked at several critically acclaimed restaurants including Lord's, Oxalis, and The Finch. Daniel is WSET 3 Certified.
