Jennifer Phelps

Jennifer Phelps is a Marriage and Family Therapist Fellow at Council for Relationships who encourages deep relationships and joy in the midst of the messy struggles of everyday life. Her career has led her to work in a variety of settings including working with refugee resettlement, faith-based disaster response, senior citizens, and adolescents. She is a musician, parent of young adults, Lutheran pastor, and is discovering a new chapter in life after a disabling accident in 2022 which left her a quadriplegic.
