Located at the geographical center of William Penn's 1682 plan for Philadelphia is City Hall, the largest municipal building in America, housing all 3 branches of government in more than 700 rooms! On this unique guided tour, learn about the history, art and architecture of the interior, the exterior, and surrounding statues. Then take an elevator to the observation deck of the 548 foot tower to see the city from William Penn's point of view! Please note the walking/standing scale for this activity is 3 FEET which means Extensive Walking and Lengthy Periods of Standing.
