Try needle felting, a craft that uses a barbed needle to turn wool into felt. Make seasonal decorations, such as a jack-o-lantern and felted fall leaves. Materials provided. No previous experience necessary.

Eva Mergen has taught handwork at several historic sites in the region. Her topics include spinning, basket weaving, broom making, embroidery and more. She particularly enjoys introducing beginners to a new craft.
