Art can lighten people's spirits. It also helps restore a community's social fabric through cultural vitality where traditional methods of engagement fall short. Meet some young Philadelphia street artists, learn about their lives, view some of their work and explore how they are helping build a sense of community within marginalized neighborhoods. Instructor Brad Carney is known for his playful, large scale, brightly colored public art work who loves to design mural art projects with the help of students and community residents.
