But what is the best way to prepare this poultry and cook it to tender, juicy perfection? Ann will answer these questions and give you tips on buying and storing, food safety, how to bone a chicken breast, choosing ingredients plus techniques for using an air fryer. Demonstration class includes a menu for a one pan skillet dinner featuring chicken of course. Recipes sent prior to class.
