Read this epic of change written by one of the most popular and important poets of his day. This collection of Greek myths written in Latin preserved many of them for the western world. The "Metamorphoses" was written in the year 8 CE, and it has been the inspiration for literature and art in all the centuries since. Book is required.

Alice Garrett

Alice Garrett graduated from Princeton University in 1982 with a degree in English Literature. She received her MA in Classical Studies in 1986 from Boston University. Since that time she taught high school Latin at Haverford High School and Lower Merion High School.
