Ravioli and tortellini are two filled pastas that are easy to make and even better to eat! In class we will make pasta, roll it into sheets and form the ravioli and tortellini to enjoy at the end of class. Recipes include Tortellini en Brodo and Ravioli in the classic Sage and Browned Butter. Taste the results.
