Join Pour Richard's Coffee Co. for a sampling of 3 to 4 coffees from their spring menu. Discuss coffee from bean to cup including coffee processing, the characteristics of specialty coffee that affect taste and quality and how to identify craft coffee when purchasing. Rich will also have photos and stories to share from his Direct Trade Honduras trip.
