Gail PlantGail Plant is an inspirational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advocate. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Drexel University and a Master of Arts in Leadership Development. Immediately following graduation, she began her career with a local company, where she worked for 27 years until retirement in June 2022. During her tenure, she held several leadership roles and spent her time coaching, mentoring, and leading others on the journey of embracing and fostering the value of themselves and others. Her purpose in life is to practice the behaviors and characteristics that are consistent with her core values and to use those traits to help and serve others. Her life’s vision is to share her passion with others through advocacy for equity, inclusion and belonging through professional/leadership development and 1-on-1 coaching. She resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband and 3 children.
