Mindfulness is not just a trendy buzzword. It's the tried-and-true method many spiritual traditions and psychologies offer so we can deal effectively with anxiety and live more positive lives . This year our ordinary winter doldrums are likely compounded by isolation and fear, and we need it more than ever. We'll practice breathing techniques that can help and discuss how to stay mindful and more relaxed in all areas of our lives.
