Susannah Sinclair

Susannah M. Sinclair is the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Digital Communications Manager at the Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. Among her duties, she manages the CRM software system used by the Field Education Office, which houses a database of more than 800+ agencies and users, and creates and manages social media and digital communications like e-newsletters and website updates for the GSSWSR. Susannah currently is completing a master's degree in Management Information Systems through the University of Illinois at Springfield. In addition, she already has earned two certificates in IT Project Management and Business Process Management from the University of Illinois at Springfield and is completing a third, Business Analytics, which will be completed in May 2020. Susannah is committed to improving digital competency and online visibility in the field of higher education and making technology more accessible to students. She passionately believes that technology should be a tool that improves student outcomes and experiences, rather than a learning obstacle, and should enrich learning and retention in higher education and anywhere else learning takes place. Technology can help encourage more equitable use and access for everyone, creating connectivity between learners of all ages, backgrounds, and expertise. In her free time Susannah is a tutor and instructor specializing in academic writing, project management, and technology training and volunteers at CATNIP, a cat and kitten rescue organization in Springfield, PA.
