Google productivity tools are free, web-based, easy-to-use software programs that allow users to access their content from any device connected to the internet. See how these programs can organize your world! This series will include hands-on instruction to get the most out of Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Forms. Participants must bring their own Wi-Fi-enabled laptop and have a Google account set up prior to class.


Full series: nine weeks Introduction to GMail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, 3/3-3/17, 6:30-8:00, LMHS (3 sessions) Introduction to Google Docs, 3/24-3/31, 6:30-8:00, LMHS (2 sessions) Introduction to Google Forms, 4/7-4/14. 6:30-8:00, LMHS, (2 sessions) Introduction to Google Sheets, 4/21-4/28, 6:30-8:00, LMHS, (2 sessions) Students must bring a laptop with internet access to class.

Chani Barton

My name is Chani Barton. I am a wife and mother of 3 terrific children; two of which are grown and out of the house. My youngest son is in High School. I am currently enjoying my 20th year in education. During the day, I work as a Technology Integration Coach at a local school district. I am involved with instructional design for adult learners, planning and implementing blended learning classroom lessons, and modeling effective classroom practices. Throughout my career I have facilitated multiple learning experiences for audiences that range from grade level teams to statewide conferences. I am a Google Level 2 Certified Instructor, a SMART Certified Champion, and an Apple Teacher.
