Our gut is made up of trillions of bacteria, fungi and other microbes which play an important role in the health of our body and its digestive functioning. Balancing these microbes, known as the microbiome, is an essential aspect of sustaining your overall health. Learn how to feed your gut so that they are happy and you are healthy. Consider the benefits of some dietary interventions to help improve gut health including the Whole30®, Paleo, Keto, Candida/SIBO and FODMAP programs. Dianne will demonstrate how to make some gut friendly foods. Taste the results and take home recipes designed to support the presence of beneficial bacteria in your body.
