Join us for a guided tasting of the world's most romantic and fickle grape—Pinot Noir. Known for its delicate, translucent color and complex flavors of cherry, truffle, and forest floor, Pinot is notoriously difficult to grow but magical to drink. We will explore the "Pinot Spectrum" by comparing elegant, earthy styles from Burgundy and Oregon against fruit-forward, luscious examples from California and New Zealand, along with sparkling Blancs de noir.
